Maryland

  • Ocean City, Maryland, is famous for its beach and boardwalk—yet a host of fun and exciting attractions and activities abound throughout the region.

  • On January 6, 2016, Chicago-based Entertainment Cruises, a member of Pritzker Group Private Capital's family of companies and the largest dining cruise company in the United States, today announced the appointment of Kenneth Svendsen as its new chief executive officer.

  • Frederick, Maryland, is home to the only high wheel bicycle race in America. This unique event will take place in historic downtown Frederick on August 15, 2015. Racers dressed in vintage clothing ride original and replica high wheel bicycles. The race will be a one-hour, multilap race of high wheels along a 0.4-mile route through downtown.

  • Groups can now experience the cool mountain waters of Deep Creek Lake in the mountains of Western Maryland. With over 65 miles of shoreline, what better way to escape the summer heat or take in beautiful fall foliage than with a guided pontoon boat tour?

  •  For those of us who’ve been in the group travel industry awhile, when you think of Maryland you automatically think of Rich Gilbert. The small state operates on a tight budget, but its consistency in the marketplace, creative marketing efforts, cooperative programs, and partnerships have positioned Maryland to be successful in all it does.
