There’s Snow Business Like Show Business

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Time to start thinking about shows for your group tours this 2017 holiday season, that is. If your groups have visions of nutcrackers dancing in their heads, consider some of these favorite holiday shows for your itineraries.

The Christmas Show of the South
Where can your groups find real Christmas snow in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, this holiday season? At The Carolina Opry Christmas Special, of course!

Running November 1 – December 31, 2017, "The Christmas Show of the South" presents its 32nd season of holiday performances. The 2017 show will bring stunning changes blended with a time-honored tradition, showcasing talent of over 35 of the United States' finest musicians, vocalists, dancers and special effect professionals.

The 2017 Christmas Package offers two nights at an oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resorts, admission to The Carolina Opry Christmas Special, meals and more.

Christmas Spectacular
Get your groups' "snow" kicks and celebrate with the Radio City Rockettes' Christmas Spectacular, featuring a high-kicking toy soldier routine, sparkly costumes, balletic movements and real falling snow. The show runs November 10, 2017, through January 1, 2018.

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree
It's Christmas time ... and everything doesn't always go as planned. Cornwell's Turkeyville presents Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, which runs November 2 – December 22, 2017, and includes singing, dancing and holiday hoopla centered around favorite holiday tunes.

It's a Wonderful Life
Every time someone sings, an angel gets its wings. Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winner Sheldon Harnick capture the magic of Frank Capra's holiday film, It's a Wonderful Life, in a musical that applauds the true meaning of Christmas. Theatre at the Center's performances run from November 16 – December 23, 2017, with special events to enhance to your group's experience.
