When you make your return, make sure to include a stop at the new If You Build It exhibit, located in Dyersville, Iowa. This exhibit chronicles the history of the Field of Dreams movie site, from the time of conception to today. A photo op with your group is also available on the exterior of the building, prior to your departure.
Outdoor adventures also abound here in Dubuque.
Take a short walk on our Mississippi Riverwalk to experience unique works of art and end the walk with a refreshing beverage at the Stone Cliff Winery. Take in a unique view of Lock and Dam No. 11 high above the bluff at Eagle Point Park, followed by a short hike along the bluff top. Don't forget about the many great options to get onboard a riverboat and cruise the mighty Mississippi River.
At the National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium, the River of Innovation exhibit tells the story of the people who were inspired to invent, create, and innovate using the resources of the mighty Mississippi River. Here, visitors could see the story of how those men and women from different times and places were compelled to improve their world and communities they lived in. Add to that exhibit touching stingrays, exploring a historic dredge boat, 40,000-gallon aquariums—and we know that even if you have visited in the past, you will experience something new.
And when it comes to enjoying some Midwest cuisine, our restaurants are ready to welcome your group to enjoy dining indoors or outdoors.
