GroupCollect Announces New 'Works' Product

GroupCollect, a company that builds technology for the group travel industry, has introduced a new product, GroupCollect Works, a modern group travel operations platform designed to help tour operators, suppliers, and destinations manage more of their business in one place.

Works, as the company refers to it, brings together tools for: 

• Supplier management

• Trip operations

• Payments

• Communications (chat feature)

• Booking proposals

• Document exchange

• Notes and reminders

GroupCollect says the updated name and branding reflect the platform’s broader purpose: helping the different parts of group travel work together more efficiently.

For tour operators, Works provides a centralized place to manage supplier activity, bookings, trips, communications, and payments across teams. Suppliers can respond to inquiries, communicate directly with operators, exchange documents, send proposals and receive payments without relying on long email chains or disconnected systems.

“Group travel involves a lot of moving pieces, and our goal with Works is to make those pieces easier to manage and easier to connect,” said Keith Snode, SVP of Strategy at GroupCollect. “We want to give people a platform that supports the way they already work while making day-to-day operations simpler, clearer and more organized.”

GroupCollect Works also includes dashboards for notes and reminders, direct supplier communication, CSV importing, and centralized trip information, giving users a clearer view of their business without having to jump between multiple systems.

The platform is designed for both growing and established group travel businesses, with tools that support the operational side of planning while helping strengthen communication between industry partners.

GroupCollect plans to continue expanding Works based on feedback from tour operators, suppliers, and destinations across the industry.
