Group Dining Just Got Easier

Finding restaurants that cater to group diners just got easier.

A special partnership between OpenTable® and TourOperatorLand.com now allows travel planners access to more than 42,000 group-friendly dining locations.

TourOperatorLand.com—a B2B website that collects and organizes travel trade content for over 90 destinations, so travel planners can find it all in one place—now includes an "At-a-Glance" Group Dining page, where operators can easily link to "OpenTable Group Dining," Trip Advisor, Groups dining curated by DMOS, and Ethnic Dining.

"I noticed the operators were building more programs to Europe rather than expanding their U.S. offerings," said Jake Steinman, Founder and CEO of TourOperatorLand. "One reason Europe has become so popular is that dining is a big part of the experience, and I observed brochures for many U.S. programs offered the same group restaurants year after year, mostly because they didn't know where else to go."

TourOperatorLand.com is the only planning site with access to OpenTable's 42,000 restaurants across 84 cities that offer group dining. Planners can sort options by cuisine type, price and location, and easily connect with each restaurant to book reservations and inquire about dietary needs, wheelchair access, special group menus and more.

"Planners should have choices," Steinman said.
