A New Hub for West Coast Flyin’

Beginning in fall 2018, group travelers north of Seattle, Washington, will have an alternative to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport when flying to popular Western United States destinations. Propeller Airports' Paine Field in Everett will offer commercial passenger service.

Alaska Airlines and United Airlines will offer daily flights out of the two-gate terminal. United Airlines will offer six daily flights to its hubs in Denver, Colorado, and San Francisco, California. Alaska Airlines plans to offer up to nine daily flights, but has yet to announce specific destinations.

The terminal site covers about 11 acres, and the airport's interior is expected to include approximately 30,000 square feet. There will also be parking and rental car services available.

The new hub for West Coast flying will offer travelers flying to popular Western destinations an alternative to downtown Seattle traffic that lengthens the commute to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
