Beginning November 17, 2018, groups can immerse themselves in the joy and magic of the holidays at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando—an atmosphere brimming with festive excitement.
Wizard and Muggle groups alike are welcome to take the magical trip to Hogsmeade and Diagon Alley, which have been transformed for the season with festive garlands and décor.
Groups can expect to enjoy special entertainment, such as seasonal melodies from The Frog Choir, in addition to stunning projections wrapped around the Hogwarts castle once the sun sets. The incredible state-of-the-art projection mapping and special effects bring the holiday spirit and memorable Christmas moments from the Harry Potter series to life like never before.
If holiday shopping is on your group's radar, they can admire the uniquely themed decorations each storefront will be decked out with, along with special holiday treats and drinks while they shop. King's Cross Station will feature buskers singing holiday favorites and Celestina Warbeck and the Banshees have a special show prepared just for the occasion.
Whether a Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw, groups can bask in the holiday magic—and maybe even grab a refreshing Butterbeer along the way.
Also worth checking out this holiday season is the delightfully weird and sinfully delicious Voodoo Doughnut shop on the Universal CityWalk. The Orlando location is the first on the East Coast for Voodoo Doughnut, originating out of Portland, Oregon.
Groups can indulge in signature originals and one-of-a-kind creations such as the savory, yet sweet Bacon Maple Bar, the Grape Ape doughnut with grape dust and lavender sprinkles, and the iconic Voodoo Doll doughnut, filled with raspberry jelly and topped with chocolate frosting and a pretzel stake.
The holiday celebrations in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter run until January 6, 2019.
